How can I add travel insurance to my trip?

Tourlane does not directly offer travel insurance, as the insurance market is subject to specific legal requirements. Instead, we work with trusted partners. Our partner Europ Assistance offers trip cancellation insurance, which has been rated VERY GOOD (1.2) by Stiftung Warentest for the fourth consecutive time.

After your booking, you will automatically receive an email with a link to purchase travel insurance. This email will be sent one business day after invoicing or booking confirmation.

Important information about travel insurance

Insurance can be booked if:

• Less than 30 days between the conclusion of the travel contract and the start of the trip, or
• Less than 5 days have passed since the booking of the trip.

If you have any questions about the insurance, please contact the insurance provider directly, as Tourlane cannot act as an intermediary.
