How do I log in to my app account?

Welcome to the Tourlane Travel App! Here is a step-by-step guide on how to log in to your account.

Step 1: Find the PIN code for your trip

You can find your PIN code in two ways: either by logging into your personal customer account in the support portal, where the code is displayed in the booking details, or by checking your email inbox for the message with the subject "Discover the Tourlane Travel App!", which contains an attachment with your 6-digit PIN code and a QR code.

Step 2: Download and launch the app

Download the app from the App Store and open it. Click on Get Started Now. Choose the desired option to import the trip - either by scanning the QR code or by entering the 6-digit PIN code.

Step 3: Create an account or log in

• Already have an account? If you have already signed up through the Tourlane website, simply click on Sign In. Enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password? option.
• Create a new account: If you have not yet registered through the Tourlane website, use the Register function. Here you can enter your username, email address, a password, and your name to create a new account.

After you have logged in, your trip is already imported into the app.
