Tourlane Care Basic:

• Is automatically included with every Tourlane booking at no additional cost.
• Requires no special activation or additional registration.
• The services are automatically activated with your booking confirmation.

Tourlane Care Flex:

• Must be actively selected as an additional option during the booking process.
• Cannot be added retrospectively to an existing booking.
• The additional charge varies depending on the total value of your booking and is calculated individually.
• The surcharge for Tourlane Care Flex is non-refundable, even if you later cancel or rebook your trip.
• Payment of the surcharge must be made together with your first deposit.

To use the Tourlane Care Flex option, you must choose this option at the time of booking and pay the corresponding additional charge. The exact amount will be displayed during the booking process.
