Can I add or remove people from my booking?
Yes, changes to the number of travelers are generally possible, but are subject to important conditions:
- Important to understand: Removing a person is not treated as a cancellation, but as a modification. This means:
- The total price often does not reduce proportionally to the number of people
- For many services (hotels, transfers, activities), the price may not change at all
- Example: A double room often costs the same price regardless of whether it is used by one or two people
Changes are possible up to 30 days before departure. Please use our contact form to submit your request. The contact form helps us process your request faster and find a solution more quickly.
Please provide the following information:
- Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
- Type of change (adding/removing people and number)
- For new people: names, dates of birth, special requirements
- Affected services (accommodation, flights, transfers, activities)
Please note:
- Availability must be checked for all services
- Special conditions apply when reducing the number of people and refunds are not automatic
