Can I add or remove people from my booking?

Yes, changes to the number of passengers are possible up to 30 days before departure. Please inform our customer service of the following:

  • Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)

Type of change:

  • Adding or removing persons
  • Number of affected persons

For new persons:

  • Full names (as in passport)
  • Dates of birth
  • Special requirements (e.g. diet, mobility)

Affected services:

  • Accommodation (room type change needed?)
  • Flights
  • Transfers
  • Activities

Please note:

  • Availability must be checked for all services
  • Price adjustments are possible
  • In case of reduction in the number of persons, special cancellation conditions apply
