How can I change my room type?

Changes are possible up to 30 days before departure. Please contact our customer service and provide the following information:

Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
Name of the hotel
Your current room category
The desired new room category
Number of guests in the room
Desired additional amenities (e.g. sea view, balcony)

Implementation depends on availability and possible price differences.
