How can I change my room type?

Changes are possible up to 30 days before departure. Please contact our customer service and provide the following information:

  • Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
  • Name of the hotel
  • Your current room category
  • The desired new room category
  • Number of guests in the room
  • Desired additional amenities (e.g. sea view, balcony)

Implementation depends on availability and possible price differences.
