How can I change my room type?
Changes are possible up to 30 days before departure. Please contact our customer service and provide the following information:
- Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
- Name of the hotel
- Your current room category
- The desired new room category
- Number of guests in the room
- Desired additional amenities (e.g. sea view, balcony)
Implementation depends on availability and possible price differences.
