Sample Invoices

On this page, you will find an example of the invoice you may receive as part of your booking. Please note that this is only a sample invoice and your actual invoice may look different. Not all customers receive a deposit invoice - this is only an example to show you where to find important information.

You can view your actual invoices at any time on your personal customer overview in the support portal. Click on Access your booking now in the top right corner to access all your financial documents.

Finding Your Invoice: You will receive your invoice via email. Please check your inbox and look for emails with the subject 'Invoice: INV-XXXX-XX-XXX'. In these emails, you will find both the invoice as a PDF attachment and the payment link for credit card payments.

On the deposit invoice (sample invoice) important information such as your booking number, invoice number, and due date are highlighted. It is also clearly marked when the deposit is due.

Important Payment Information

• Payment Deadlines: The due dates for your payments are listed on the invoice. Please note these dates to ensure that your travel services can take place as planned.
• Payment Confirmations: For card payments, you will receive a payment confirmation within a few minutes to the email address provided for your booking.
