If you've missed the payment deadline for your trip, this usually doesn't have immediate serious consequences. However, there are some important steps you should follow to avoid problems with your booking.

What you should know:

  • Before a payment deadline expires, we automatically send you three payment reminders to alert you to the upcoming deadline
  • If the deadline has just been missed and your trip is not imminent, this usually has no immediate impact
  • In case of a longer delay or if your trip is approaching soon, a customer service representative will contact you via email and phone

What you should do:

  • Process the payment immediately
  • Contact us through the contact form and send proof of payment if possible
  • If you experience technical problems or limitations from your bank (e.g., weekly transfer limits), please inform us so we can find a solution together
