How can I review accommodations in the Tourlane App?

At Tourlane, we value your feedback as it helps us improve our services and provide better experiences for all travelers. Here's how you can leave a review for accommodations in the Tourlane app:

Open the Tourlane App: Access the app on your smartphone or tablet.

Open the trip: Go to the "Trips" section and select the trip that includes the accommodation you wish to review.

Select the accommodation: Under your trip details, tap on the accommodation you wish to review.

Rate the accommodation: Look for the "Rate this accommodation" option. Tap the thumbs up or thumbs down option as desired.

Rate and Comment: A new screen will open where you can rate your experience using the star system and write about your stay. Be sure to include details about what you liked and any improvements you suggest, and upload any photos that are relevant.

Submit Your Review: Once you are satisfied with your review, submit it to share your experience with us.

Edit your reviews: After submitting, if you wish to edit your review, you can do so by navigating to Profile -> My Ratings, and tapping on the item you wish to modify.
