How do I add a trip to the app when I'm already logged in?

If you are already logged in to the Tourlane App and your booked trip is not displayed, you can easily add it. Follow these steps to import your trip:


Step 1: Find the PIN code

If you don't know the PIN code for your trip yet, please read our article on how to find the PIN code or QR code for your trip.

Once you have found the code in your email inbox, proceed to the next step.


Step 2: Navigate to the trip import function

  • For iPhone users: Click on the "Trips" option in the bottom navigation bar of the app.
  • For Android users: Go to the main overview via the back button in the upper left corner of the trip screen.

Step 3: Add the trip

  1. Use the green "+" button: Click on the large green "+" button in the bottom right corner of your screen to add a new trip.
  2. Enter the PIN code or scan the QR code: Enter the 6-digit PIN code or use the scan QR code option to add your trip to the app.
