Cancellation Guidance – For destinations with official travel warning:
If your trip within the next 14 days is to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia or Oman, where an official travel warning is currently in place, you can cancel your trip free of charge.

- If there is no official travel warning for your destination:
- If your flight is cancelled, please contact the airline first to discuss rerouting options (the airline is responsible for rebooking).
- We recommend checking with your travel insurance provider regarding possible refund coverage.
- If you prefer to wait and the situation continues, your cancellation may later qualify as a case of Force Majeure, depending on official travel warnings and whether the trip can still be operated safely
