If a booked activity has to be canceled due to weather conditions, the following rules apply:

• If the activity provider cancels the activity due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund for this specific activity
• In many cases, the provider offers an alternative date if this is possible within the duration of your trip
• Some providers offer the possibility to switch to an alternative activity

Notification process:

• The cancellation usually occurs at short notice as weather developments are monitored
• You will be informed about the cancellation either directly by the provider or through us
• In some cases, the decision is only made on site
