How do I find information about my airport transfer?

You can find details about your airport transfer in the Tourlane app and in your digital travel documents. The available information varies depending on your destination.

In the app and in the travel visualization, you can see at a glance whether a transfer has been organized and booked for you. You can find this important information in the 'Included Services' section of your booking and in the daily overview right next to the corresponding transport icon.

Basic information about your transfers is always available to you. Depending on your destination, detailed transfer information in your travel documents will be provided at different times, but no later than 14 days before departure.

Important: In some destinations, you will be picked up directly at the terminal. In these cases, you do not need any additional documents in advance. Be sure to read the "Information before departure" section in the app and in your travel visualization, which contains crucial destination-specific information about your transfers.
