You can find information about which rental car company your vehicle is booked with in your travel documents.

How to find information about your rental car:

  1. Open your travel visualization or the Tourlane app
  2. Open the section with your travel documents
  3. If we have booked a rental car for you, you will find a dedicated rental car document there
  4. This document lists all important details:
    1. Name of the rental car company
    2. Pick-up and return location
    3. Vehicle category
    4. Rental duration
    5. Included services

Important: The rental car document will be available at the latest 14 days before your departure, but may be accessible earlier in some cases.
