Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Your booking confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided.
If you cannot locate the confirmation email, please follow these steps:
- Check Email Folders: Look in your spam or junk folder, as emails can occasionally end up there.
- Verify Email Address: Ensure that you provided the correct email address during the booking process.
- Other Email Accounts: Check other email accounts if you use multiple ones.
- Be Patient: Wait a few minutes, as there can sometimes be delays in email delivery.
Important Note:
- Even without the confirmation email, your booking is stored in our system. You can always access your travel details via the Tourlane app or your personal travel link.
- If you still have trouble, please use our contact form. Inform us that you did not receive your booking confirmation and provide your name and, if available, your booking reference.
