I did not receive the email with my booking confirmation. What should I do?
After completing your booking, you should automatically receive a confirmation email. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, there are several steps you can take.
Check the following possibilities:
- Look in your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there
- Verify that you provided the correct email address when booking
- Check other email inboxes if you use multiple accounts
- Wait a few minutes, as there can sometimes be delays in email delivery
Important:
Even without the confirmation email, your booking is stored in our system. You can access your travel details at any time via the Tourlane app or your personal travel link.
If you cannot find your booking confirmation, please use our contact form and indicate that you haven't received your booking confirmation. When contacting us, please provide your name and, if known, your booking reference.
