Contact information for your local guide or representative will be made available 7 days before departure in the Tourlane app (Profile > Contact Tourlane > I have an emergency) and through your personal travel link. These contacts are important for your on-site support and are available to assist you with questions or issues during your trip.
Along with the contact information, you will also find important arrival information such as details about your airport transfer, hotel check-in times, and instructions for the first day of your trip. This information will help you get oriented quickly after your arrival.
