Will I get a refund if I canceled my booking myself?

Whether you can receive a refund for a cancellation depends on both the cancellation policy of your booking and the timing of the cancellation. You can find these conditions in your travel documents or in the General Terms and Conditions of Tourlane.

The cancellation fees are structured according to the time of cancellation:

• Up to 45 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the trip price
• 44 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 30%
• 29 to 20 days before the start of the trip: 45%
• 19 to 14 days before the start of the trip: 75%
• 13 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 85%
• 6 days to no-show: 90%
