Where can I find pick-up times and schedules for booked activities?

The information available in the Tourlane App and via your personal travel link regarding pickup times and schedules for your booked activities, tours, and transfers varies by destination. Basic activity information is always provided, but detailed pickup times are not available in advance for all destinations.

For some destinations, you'll find details in your travel documents, available at the latest 7 days before departure, or you'll be informed upon arrival, especially if a guide accompanies you.

If vouchers are required for your travel services, they will contain the exact times and pickup locations. Please note, however, that not all destinations or services require vouchers. In many cases, it is sufficient to mention your name and indicate that you are a Tourlane customer.
