Where can I find the booked room category?

The details of your booked room category are stored both in the Tourlane app and in your trip visualization. This gives you access to all important information about your accommodation at any time.

In the Tourlane app, you can find your room category like this:

• Open the Tourlane app on your smartphone
• Access your booked trip
• Tap on the respective accommodation
• The details of the booked room category are displayed here

In the trip visualization (TripViz), you can find your room category here:

• Open your trip visualization
• Navigate to the "Day-by-day" description
• Click on the respective accommodation to view detailed information
• The booked room category is displayed here
