When will I receive the vouchers for the rental car and accommodation?

Not all services or destinations require vouchers. If these are necessary for your booked services such as accommodations, rental cars, or activities, they are usually available in the Tourlane app 14 days before departure.

In the app, you can check which of your bookings require vouchers and download them if needed – either by scanning the QR code or by entering the code you received after your booking.
