Where can I find my travel documents?

Many of our local partners are now fully digital – the booking details have been shared with them according to your travel plan and do not require physical proof. Simply follow the instructions for start times and pick-up or meeting points, state your name, and mention that you are a Tourlane customer, and you're good to go!

Travel documents, if required, are usually available in the app 14 days before departure. If you have not received the documents by this time, please contact our customer service.
