Where can I find my travel documents?

Many of our local partners are now fully digital - booking details have been shared with them according to your travel plan and do not require physical proof. Simply follow the instructions regarding start times as well as pickup or meeting points, mention your name and indicate that you are a Tourlane customer, and you're ready to go!

The travel documents are, if required, usually available in the app 14 days before departure. The available information varies by destination. Basic information about your trip is always available to you.

Important: Be sure to read the "Pre-departure information" section in the app and in your trip visualization for crucial destination-specific information. This section is available from 14 days prior to your departure.
