When are the travel documents available in the app?

The travel documents are, if required, usually available in the Tourlane app 14 days before departure.

Note: Not all trips require documents. The information available in the Tourlane App and via your personal travel link varies by destination. Basic information about your trip is always available to you. Depending on your destination, detailed travel documents will be provided at different times.

For some trips, especially when you are accompanied by a guide on site, certain documents may only be provided to you upon your arrival.

Important: Be sure to read the "Information Before Departure" section, which you can find in the app and in your trip visualization, for crucial destination-specific information about your travel documents and itinerary.
