When will I receive the travel documents?

The travel documents are, if required, available 14 days before departure in the Tourlane app as well as in the trip preview. You can find them in the section labeled "Documents".

Note: Not all trips require documents. The information available in the Tourlane App and via your personal travel link varies by destination. Basic information about your trip is always available to you. Depending on your destination, detailed travel documents will be provided at different times.

For some destinations, you'll receive travel documents at the latest 7 days before departure, or upon arrival, especially if a guide accompanies you.
