When will I receive the travel documents?

The travel documents, if required, are available 14 days before departure in the Tourlane app as well as in the travel preview. You can find them in the section labeled "Documents."

Note: Not all trips require documents. Please check the app 14 days before your departure to find out the exact conditions for your trip.
