Where and when will I be picked up for my activities?
The information we provide to customers about activities in the Tourlane App and in our trip visualization depends on the destination. For all activities, we offer basic information and, depending on the destination, also detailed information on pickup times and locations.
Depending on your destination, you may find some pickup times and schedules for your booked activities, tours, and transfers in the Tourlane App and via your personal travel link. Please note that detailed schedules are not available in advance for all destinations. The available details, meeting points, and important information will be displayed as far as they can be determined in advance for your destination.
For some destinations where vouchers and travel documents are required, you will find these details in your travel documents that are available at the latest 7 days prior to departure. In some destinations, customers are informed upon arrival, especially if they have a guide during their trip.
If vouchers are needed for your travel services, you will also find the exact times and pickup locations there. Please note, however, that not all destinations or services require vouchers. In many cases, it is sufficient to mention your name and indicate that you are a Tourlane customer.

This area contains important details about what to expect upon your arrival and the general situation regarding pickups and itinerary at your destination. We strongly recommend reading this section before your trip.
