I discovered an error in my passenger data, what should I do?

Errors in passenger data need to be corrected promptly, as this information is used for issuing tickets and travel documents.


How to correct errors:

  • Contact us as soon as possible through the contact form in the Support Center
  • Be sure to include your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
  • Specify exactly which data needs to be corrected (name, date of birth, passport number, etc.)
  • Provide the correct information
  • If necessary, attach copies of relevant documents (passport, ID card)

Please note:

Name changes must match exactly with your travel document

For last-minute changes (less than 72 hours before departure), also contact our emergency number
