What should I do in case of an emergency during my trip?

If problems occur during your trip that deviate from the agreed travel itinerary, you have the right to demand a solution. In this case, please immediately inform the Tourlane representative on site or the contact point mentioned in your travel documents so that we can act quickly. Tourlane will, of course, endeavor to provide appropriate assistance – if possible.

In urgent cases, you can reach us via the emergency number, which is stored in the Tourlane App or via your personal digital travel link. This number will be activated 7 days before the start of your trip and is not visible before this time.

Please note: This number is exclusively for acute emergencies during your trip or on the day of your departure.
