What should I do in case of an emergency during my trip?
If problems arise during your trip that deviate from the agreed itinerary, you have the right to request a solution. In this case, please inform the local Tourlane representative or the contact point listed in your travel documents immediately so that we can act quickly. Tourlane will of course endeavor to provide an appropriate remedy - if possible.
In urgent cases, you can reach us via the emergency number stored in the Tourlane app or via your personal digital travel link.
Please note: This number is only intended for acute emergencies during your trip or on the day you start your trip.
