You can send us requests at any time through our contact form. The contact form helps us process your request faster, as we immediately receive all required information and can find a solution more quickly.

Additionally, our chatbot is available 24/7 in our app.

In case of emergency during your trip, you can use our emergency phone number, which is available in the Tourlane App or under your digital travel link. This number is accessible 24/7 and will be activated 7 days before the start of your trip. The number will not be visible before this time. The emergency number should be used exclusively for urgent emergencies or situations requiring a timely solution, when you are already on your trip or departing on your flight today.
