How do I find the start times for my pre-booked activities?

The information available in the Tourlane app and through your personal travel link regarding pickup times and schedules for your booked activities, tours, and transfers varies depending on the destination. Basic activity information is always available, but detailed pickup times are not available in advance for all destinations.

For some destinations, you will receive the details in your travel documents, which are available at the latest 14 days before departure, or only upon arrival, especially if a guide accompanies you.

If vouchers are required for your travel services, you will find the exact times and pickup locations there. Please note, however, that not all destinations or services require vouchers. In many cases, it is sufficient to mention your name and indicate that you are a Tourlane customer.
