How can I view or download my invoice?

You will receive your invoice by email. Please check your inbox and look for emails with the subject 'Invoice: RE-20XX-XX-XXXX'. In these emails, you will find the invoice as a PDF attachment that you can open and save on your device.


Additionally, you can view your invoices on your personal customer overview in the support portal. To access this, click on Access your booking now in the top right corner. There you can access all your financial documents, use payment links, and check your payment status.


If you cannot find your invoice, please check your spam folder.
