Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. For card payments, you will receive a payment confirmation within a few minutes to the email address associated with your booking.
For bank transfers, you will receive a confirmation approximately 3 banking days after the transfer.
You can also check the status of your payment at any time on your personal customer overview in the support portal. To access this, click on Access your booking now in the top right corner.
Please note that all payment confirmations are only sent to the email address registered for the invoice. This is usually the person who booked the trip with us. Confirmations are not sent to any other participants of the trip.
