How can I pay my bill?

You have two options to settle your invoice:

Credit Card:

Pay conveniently via the payment link sent with the invoice. Please note that payment with American Express is not possible.

You can also find the payment link directly on your personal customer overview in the support portal. To access this, click on Access your booking now in the top right corner. There you can view your payment status and make outstanding payments.

Bank Transfer:

Alternatively, you can transfer the amount by bank transfer, stating your invoice number
