What cancellation fees apply when canceling?

The cancellation fees vary depending on the time of withdrawal:

Up to 45 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price

44 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 30%

29 to 20 days before the start of the trip: 45%

19 to 14 days before the start of the trip: 75%

13 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 85%

6 days until no-show: 90%

Important note: These cancellation fees apply to the cancellation of the entire trip. Should you wish to cancel only individual services or reduce the number of travelers, please contact our customer service.

Cancellation of Individual Services

The cancellation of individual services is usually possible up to 30 days before departure. Please note that different conditions may apply than for a complete cancellation.

Change in the Number of Participants

Please note that removing a person is not treated as a cancellation, but as a rebooking. This means:

• The total price often does not reduce proportionally to the reduced number of people
• For many services (e.g., hotels, transfers), the price may not change at all
• A double room, for example, often costs the same price regardless of whether it is used by one or two people
