Are my advance payments safe?

Yes. Your advance payments are protected against the insolvency of the tour operator, as required by law. You will receive the security certificate along with the invoice. Please note that the security certificate is not personalized with your data, as this is not required by law. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the German Travel Insurance Fund.
