Your invoice explained: How to find all important information

Sample Invoices

On this page, you will find examples of the invoices you may receive as part of your booking. Please note that these are only sample invoices and your actual invoice may look different. Not all customers receive a deposit invoice - this is only an example to show you where to find important information.

Finding Your Invoice: You will receive your invoice via email. Please check your inbox and look for emails with the subject 'Invoice: RE-20XX-XX-XXXX'. In these emails, you will find both the invoice as a PDF attachment and the payment link for credit card payments.

On the deposit invoice (first sample invoice) important information such as your booking number, invoice number, and due date are highlighted. It is also clearly marked when the deposit is due. On the second invoice (land program invoice) booking number, invoice number, and due date are also marked. Additionally, it is clearly highlighted when the first installment (25%) and when the second installment (75%) are due.

Important Payment Information

Payment Deadlines: The due dates for your payments are listed on the invoice. Please note these dates to ensure that your travel services can take place as planned.

Processing Time: For bank transfers, the processing time is 2-3 business days until receipt in our account. Therefore, we recommend initiating transfers at least 3 business days before the due date.

Payment Confirmations: For card payments, you will receive a payment confirmation within a few minutes to the email address provided for your booking. For bank transfers, you will receive a confirmation approximately 3 business days after the transfer. All payment confirmations are only sent to the email address provided for the invoice.
