I missed the payment deadline. What happens now?

If you have missed the payment deadline for your trip, you should be aware of the following steps:

What you should know:

  • Before a payment deadline expires, we automatically send you three payment reminders to notify you of the upcoming deadline
  • If the deadline has only been slightly exceeded and your trip is not imminent, this usually has no immediate consequences
  • In case of a longer delay or if your trip is starting soon, a customer service representative will contact you by email and phone

What you should do:

  • Arrange the payment immediately
  • Contact us through the contact form and if possible, send proof of payment
  • In case of technical problems or restrictions from your bank (e.g., weekly limits for transfers), please inform us so that we can find a solution together
