How can I access my travel documents if I lose them during my trip?

Since most of your travel documents are digitally available, you can easily access them again if you lose your device or face other problems. There are several ways to recover your important travel information.

Recovering digital documents:

• Simply log in to the Tourlane app on another device using your credentials
• Access your complete travel overview via your personal travel link
• Download your itinerary and documents again if needed
• Use the offline availability in the app to access your travel documents even without an internet connection

Offline access to documents:

• The Tourlane app automatically saves your travel documents for offline access
• This feature is enabled by default
• To check if offline availability is turned on, go to the travel settings in the app
• There you can activate or deactivate offline availability if needed

Physical documents:

• If you received physical documents from our local partners at the destination and lose them
• Contact the local partner or your guide on-site directly
• They can provide you with replacement documents or offer further assistance
