Will physical tickets or e-tickets be provided for my trip?
At Tourlane, we primarily provide the tickets needed for your trip in electronic form (e-tickets). The exact type of tickets depends on your destination and the services you have booked.
Provision of travel tickets:
- In most cases, you will receive e-tickets that are available in the Tourlane app and via your personal travel link
- You can either present these electronic documents digitally on your smartphone or print them yourself if needed
- Physical tickets may be required for certain destinations or specific services
Availability of your tickets:
- E-tickets are typically made available in the Tourlane app 14 days before departure
- If physical tickets are necessary for your trip, these will usually be handed to you on-site upon your arrival
- This is especially the case when you are accompanied by a local guide or when local providers work exclusively with physical tickets
Important:
Check the "Information before departure" section in the app and in your travel visualization for detailed information about your tickets. This information is specific to your destination and will be available 14 days before your departure.
