• The documents you receive will be individually tailored to your trip
• Tourlane will provide you with all necessary documents for your journey
• Depending on your destination and booked services, these may include e-tickets, hotel vouchers, rental car documents, or activity vouchers

Availability of your documents:

• You'll find all documents in the "Documents" section of the Tourlane app as well as in your travel preview
• Most documents will be provided at the latest 14 days before departure
• For some trips, especially when you are accompanied by a guide on-site, certain documents may only be handed over upon your arrival
• Not all trips or services require special vouchers or documents
