Information about your current rental car:

• In the Tourlane app you can see which features are already included with your booked rental car
• Via your personal travel link you also have access to all details about your rental car, including the existing equipment
• Additional information about the vehicle type and equipment can be found in your travel documents

How to request additional equipment:

• Contact us via the contact form with your request
• Make your request as early as possible, ideally at least 30 days before departure
• Specify in detail which features you need and why
