What happens to my transfers if my flight times change?

When your flight times change, the adjustment of your transfers depends on how you booked your flights:

Flights booked through Tourlane:

• If you booked your flights through Tourlane, your transfers will be automatically adjusted to the new flight times
• You don't need to take any further action

Self-booked flights:

• If you booked your flights yourself and not through Tourlane, you must inform us about changes to your flight times
• Please share your new flight details with us as early as possible so we can adjust your transfers accordingly
• Without this information, we cannot make any adjustments to your transfer times

Important: For last-minute changes on the day of travel (such as delays or flight cancellations), please contact our emergency number, which you can find in your travel documents.
