What regulations apply to air transport?

To the extent applicable, air transport is subject to the legal provisions of the German Air Transport Act, the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions as well as EU regulations on air passenger rights, the creation of a list of unsafe airlines and the rights of air travelers with reduced mobility.
