How do I report lost luggage?

If you lose your luggage, you should take the following steps:

  • At the airport:
    • Report the loss immediately at the lost luggage counter ('Lost and Found' or 'Baggage Claim')
    • Fill out a PIR form (Property Irregularity Report)
    • Get a copy of the report and a reference number
    • Ask for contact details for inquiries
  • After leaving the airport:
    • Inform our 24/7 emergency service
    • Provide us with your booking number and the reference number of the luggage report
    • We assist with communication with the airline
    • We inform your hotels about the situation
  • For tracking:
    • Keep boarding passes and luggage tags
    • Document the contents of the suitcase (photos/list)
    • Collect receipts for emergency purchases for your insurance

Important: Do not leave the airport without officially reporting the luggage loss, as this may complicate later claims.
