At the airport:

  • The airline will offer you an alternative connection
  • Keep all receipts (e.g. for meals)

After receiving the new flight connection:

  • Contact our 24/7 emergency service immediately

Inform us:

  • Your booking number
  • The new flight number
  • New arrival time
  • Received confirmations

Our service for you:

  • We inform all partners on site
  • We adjust your transfers
  • We coordinate changes with your hotel
  • We update your further travel activities

Important:

  • Save our emergency number before your trip
  • Keep your mobile phone turned on
  • Document additional costs for possible reimbursement claims
