Will I be picked up at the airport?

Whether you will be picked up at the airport depends on your booking:

  • With booked airport transfer:
    1. Yes, a driver or representative will be waiting for you
    2. Look for a sign with your name or the Tourlane logo
    3. The exact meeting point (terminal, exit, etc.) is noted in your travel documents
  • Without booked transfer:
    • In this case, no pickup will take place
    • Information on alternative transportation options can be found in your travel documents

You can view the exact details of your transfer in the Tourlane app under 'Transfers' or in your travel documents. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service well in advance of your departure.
