What happens if my flight arrives late and I miss my transfer?

If your flight is delayed and you might miss your transfer, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our 24/7 emergency service immediately as soon as you learn about the delay
  2. Inform us:
    1. Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
    2. The new estimated arrival time
    3. Details about the delayed flight

Our staff will:

  • Inform the transfer provider about the delay
  • Organize alternative transportation options if necessary
  • Notify your hotel about the late arrival

Most of our transfer partners monitor flight delays, but please stay in touch with us. Upon arrival at the airport, look for a sign with your name or the Tourlane logo. If you don't find anyone, please call our emergency service immediately.
