There have been changes to the flights I booked myself. Who do I inform?

Please inform us immediately about your flight changes. Here is what you should do:

Contact our customer service and have ready:

  • Your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
  • The new flight details:
    • New flight number
    • New arrival date and time
    • New departure date and time
  • Confirmation from the airline

We will then adjust for you as necessary:

  • Your airport transfers
  • Hotel check-in/check-out times
  • Planned activities
  • Other travel components

Important:

  • Inform us of changes as early as possible
  • For very last-minute changes, contact our 24/7 emergency service
  • Keep the confirmation from the airline

Tip: Regularly check your flight details with the airline, especially in the days leading up to departure.
