How can I request wheelchair assistance for my flight?

At Tourlane, we understand that accessible travel is especially important for some of our customers. Arranging wheelchair service for your flight is simple and free of charge.


How to organize wheelchair service:

  • The service can be added free of charge through us
  • Alternatively, you can request the service directly from your airline

The service typically includes assistance:

  • At check-in
  • Through security screening
  • During boarding and deboarding
  • For connecting flights

Important:

  • To add wheelchair service to your trip, please contact us through our contact form with your booking number (T-20XXXX-XXXXX)
  • Please inform us about your needs as early as possible, ideally at the time of booking
  • Specify any particular requirements so we can communicate these to the airline
  • The service should be requested at least 48 hours before departure
