How can I forward my self-booked flights to Tourlane?

There are several easy ways to forward your self-booked flights to us:

Via Traveller Crossing:

  • You can enter your flight information directly via Traveller Crossing
  • You will receive an email with a special link asking you to upload this information
  • This link will take you to your customer login where you can enter the data

Via the contact form:

  • Send us a screenshot of your flight booking through our contact form
  • Make sure that all important details are visible (flight numbers, dates, times)

Important: Please share your flight data with us as early as possible so that we can optimally coordinate your transfers and other travel services with your flight times.
